Didn't blow it

Had a few opportunities to spend today, but did'nt. Unfortunatly, celebrated this fact by eating dinner out, but we did have two free kids meals coupons, so they were free. Better than we have been doing. Tiny steps.

    Not many people I know take huge steps overnight. Unfortunately we don't always give ourselves credit for small steps; I think you are right in recognizing progress, instead of thinking "incomplete success."

    Congratulate yourself on not spending where you could have and keep taking the little steps. They build upon each other.
